The exact question was:
Question 1. I’m resurrecting expired domains on Amazon S3, is it advisable to use a sitemap and if so can I just generate a sitemap.xml file as usual and submit it to Search Console? I tried this with my first site but Google kept rejecting the sitemap. What am I missing?
Question 2. Do I remember you saying these sites had dynamic IPs?
