It’s time for us to wrap up another year at United Domains, and what a doozy of year it was! Right now, the UD team is preparing for some much-deserved time with family and friends before leaping into 2017.
But seeing as the New Year is a time to reflect, we’ve looked over our efforts these last twelve months and must say we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished. We’ve welcomed new team members and a flurry of fantastic new domain extensions (including some real whoppers like .SHOP and .BLOG). Just this month, we launched the Premium Domain Boutique, a one-stop resource for some of the highest-quality premium domains available now.
We’ve also devoted substantial effort to improving things that may not stand out to you right away; those nuts and bolts hiding under the hood and behind the scenes. This year-long undertaking has resulted in some awesome improvements to the experience we deliver at UD, but more importantly, it’s helped us to lay the groundwork for some exciting upcoming ideas.
We can’t reveal anything yet (spoilers always ruin the fun anyway), but suffice to say we have some cool surprises in store. We can’t wait to show you just what’s up our sleeves in the coming year.
Of course, none of these past accomplishments or future plans would have been possible without our incredible customers. Whether you just joined us recently or you’ve been with us since we started in 2010, we are profoundly grateful for your continued feedback and your support.
It fills us with pride and gratitude to see the outstanding customer ranking we’ve earned on Trustpilot, but our commitment to our customers is more than just a number. It is a standard we pledge to continually meet — and exceed — every single day. And so, in the coming year and beyond, we promise you that we will keep listening working to outdo ourselves. You deserve nothing less.
Thanks for helping us make 2016 one for the ages. It was a joy and a pleasure to serve you this year, and we’re thrilled to be with you at the start of 2017.
Happy New Year and best wishes,
The UD Team
